I am Kristina, the AI instructor. As with all exercise systems, with play-fit.net you get out what you put in. If you want to see great results, fill in the following questions truthfully. Once you have signed up, you will be emailed what you need to do to start and be asked to do a quick assessment to see how fit you currently are. You will not be compared to other people so just try and be honest with yourself. If you do not have a way to measure your weight or size, please stop and come back when you can. It is the only things we ask you to have and your health is not worth taking a shortcut with for the sake of $10.

1. Locate your hip bone. Wrap the tape measure around your body above the top of your hip bone. It should be level all the way around your waist, using your belly button as a guide.
2. Don't pull the tape measure too tight. Try not to hold your breath or suck in while measuring your waist.
3. Read the number on the tape measure and put in the box.

Optional details

Although optional, the more we know, the more we can tailor your exercise to suit you. But never tell us anything you are uncomfortable sharing.
Country:This is not needed but will help us to target how we support you in the future.

None of this is needed. Some may not be used but may help us decide on what workouts are best to develop. If have gym membership, only include the extra items you have additionally at home not those in your gym.

Required equipment

From the above it will be clear that you need to have a way of measuring yourself and some scales. Other than that nothing else is essential although you may want to have comfortable clothes to workout in and a water bottle. It is also recommended that you have a working webcam - whilst this is optional we find that better results are achieved if the system can verify your weight and exercises. No pictures are ever shared and are only processed by the AI (with occasional checking by our team). You can also see all images we store and can ask for any to be deleted without question. For images taken during workouts you will be informed and can angle the camera to not include your face if you prefer.

We do not store any information other than what you have entered above and any workouts you perform. You may login to have your account deleted at any time.
